the elevators are an absolute nightmare, waiting so long is unreal! i almost expected to be upgraded to a suite for the hassle, but nope. also, the breakfast area is chaotic, why is it so hard to provide a semblance of order? I've really tried to give this place a fair review, but just couldn't.

I had a great stay, particularly enjoying the breakfast which included a variety of Korean dishes that changed daily. The location was fantastic, just steps from Exit 4 of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were cordial and efficient, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my room during my four-night stay. One improvement could be the elevator situation. it got pretty crowded during the breakfast rush.
